Change of Mind Returns
If you’d like to return an item for a change of mind:
Once we receive your item, we’ll happily issue the value as store credit via email so you can choose something that’s just right for you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@clearandcalmco.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement, or a full refund where a replacement is not possible.
Seconds Stock
‘Seconds stock’ items are discounted due to minor imperfections. Exchanges, returns, or refunds are not available for these products, so please review the listing carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products
Digital downloads and other digital products are non-refundable.
